To qualify, applicants must meet HUD income requirements. Residents pay 30% of their income for rent. Completed applications will be processed in the order they are received. All applicants will be screened for eligibility. 2-person minimum occupancy required. Use & occupancy restrictions apply.
Applications can be returned to The Belt Atlantic Management Office in-person, or via Mail, Email, or Fax.
